Hey Y’all!

With today's hectic schedules, simple and quick recipes are becoming the norm around my house! As a child, my favorite meal was what I like to call "Meat and Macaroni". Yes, my 4 year old self came up with that all on my own!

This is a budget friendly meal that is super simple to make, and the type of meat you use can change the whole dish. My mom has made this meal at least once a week for as long as I can remember. Back in the day, she would just use ground beef, but once I got older and started hunting more, we changed to wild game meat. The flavor is so much better!!

This recipe can be made with any kind of ground meat, but my favorite to use is ground Axis. Below is my grandmother's recipe that she passed down to my mom- and now I have made it my own! It’s super simple and takes less than 20 minutes to make.

All it requires is browning the meat, add the ingredients and cook the noodles, mix together and add cheese and BAM! A meal for the family! *Full details below*

Let me know what you think!
